Editorial policy
Brilliant Bulletin aims to make urban design and city life clear without making the subject sound simpler than it is. We explain our reasoning, distinguish fact from interpretation and welcome well-founded corrections.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual statements against suitable material available to us and take care with dates, definitions and context. Where an article describes a design principle or offers an interpretation, we make that distinction clear. We do not claim that a feature works the same way in every place, or that an example proves a universal rule.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made for reader relevance, not as a promise of favourable coverage. Paid, sponsored or partner material is identified clearly where it appears. Partner placements are labelled so readers can distinguish them from editorial articles; accepting a placement does not guarantee editorial coverage.
Corrections and illustrations
If you believe a factual detail needs correction, contact us with the article title and the point in question. We review credible requests and correct material when warranted, making significant changes clear where appropriate. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when relevant, we identify them as such and do not present them as documentary photographs.
